Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of cannabis products and safety regulations, all sales are final. However, we offer returns or refunds if:

  • You received the wrong product or incorrect strain.
  • The item arrived damaged, leaking, or defective.
  • You were overcharged or experienced a payment error.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photos or videos must be included.

  • Flower or edibles with broken seals
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Discounted or promotional items

💸 Refund & Replacement Policy

Approved cases may result in:

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement product shipped at no extra cost (based on stock availability)

Refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

Boutiq Carts Retail is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery address is provided at checkout. For lost deliveries, we recommend contacting the courier service directly.
