Both individual customers and verified resellers/sellers are permitted to purchase products from our shop, provided they agree to these terms and use the products lawfully.

2. Reseller Terms

If you are purchasing products for resale, you must:

Ensure compliance with local laws governing cannabis sales and distribution
Not alter or misrepresent Boutiq products
Agree not to use our brand for illegal or deceptive marketing

Boutiq Carts Retail reserves the right to refuse or terminate reseller relationships at our discretion.

3. Product Use

All products are intended for legal, personal, or resale use only. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in compliance with local laws regarding possession, consumption, and resale of cannabis products.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

Limit or cancel orders at our discretion
Verify reseller credentials when applicable
Decline orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious

Orders are not finalized until you receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Accepted payment methods include:

Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bitcoin (10% off for BTC orders)

All payments must be completed before orders are shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States, to all states where cannabis sales are legally permitted.

Boutiq Carts Retail is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to health and safety standards, all sales are considered final.
Refunds or replacements may be issued in the case of:

Wrong item received
Damaged or defective product
Claims submitted within 48 hours of delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

Boutiq Carts Retail is not liable for damages arising from misuse, improper resale, or unauthorized modifications of our products. Buyers assume all responsibility for compliance and usage.
